Payment is due immediately upon order, via the payment methods offered on the site.

Article 6 – Right of withdrawal
In accordance with European regulations, you have a period of 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal, except for personalized products (engraved with a name, initial, or date).

Velisandra is operated by Purely Digital Ventures LLC, a company registered in the United States (State of Wyoming). As the company is not registered in France, it does not have a SIRET number.

Article 8 – Disputes
These conditions are subject to French law for consumers residing in France, in accordance with the applicable mandatory consumer protection provisions.
